“ Seeing Executives setting for healthy workforce in Garment Sector ” Workshop

Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA) organized the workshop “ Seeing Executives setting for healthy workforce in Garment Sector ” took place on April 1 and 2 , 2022 at RIA Resort, Ngwe Saung Beach, supported by UNICEF Myanmar. Vice-Chairman of MGMA, Dr.Aung Win delivered opening remarks and Managing Director of MGMA, Daw Aye Mi Shein briefed overview of workshop objectives. The trainer Daw Kay Thi from CDEC Consultancy Service presented MGMA’s Mission, Vision & Strategic Objectives link with structure and plan to boost factory productivity with healthy and nutritious workforce in the garment factory, supported by UNICEF Myanmar for upcoming activity. The workshop was actively attended by executives in groups and action plans were drawn up for the way forward. In the final wrap up, Treasurer of MGMA, Daw Htay Htay Aye gave closing remarks and total (22) CEC/ECs, members and staffs from MGMA attended to the workshop.
