MGMA attend 6th Belt and Road Textile Conference 2023

Chairman of Myanmar Garment Manufactures Association(MGMA) U Myint Soe and Secretary General Daw Khine Khine Nwe attended 6th Belt and Road Textile Conference 2023, organized by CNTAC was held on November 1st to 4th, 2023 at Wyndham Shaoxing Keqiao Hotel, Hangzhou City, China.

In this conference, discussed issue of market expansion, capacity building and access to technical assistance for garment industries, inviting who are interested investment in Myanmar Garment industry and providing advanced technology in garment manufacturing to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Afterward, ASEAN Federation of Textile Industries (AFTEX) and China National Textile and Apparel Council (CNTAC) has signed the Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) including facts that explore investment opportunities among respective countries, participating in trade fairs, exhibitions, business seminars and other activities, implementation in co-operation with trade and industry development, exploring investment opportunities, Information Exchange, Assistances & facilitations extended to members companies for their business interests, Participation and visiting in Trade Exhibitions.
