Study Tour to Germany

MGMA organized a study tour to Germany for 14  Myanmar Garment Manufacturers,  from 6 – 14 October 2018,  with strong support/ in cooperation with the Foreign Trade of German Retailers (AVE). On the program were several meetings with brands, buyers and international organizations in Hamburg, Berlin and Dusseldorf. Under the title “Made in Myanmar”, products of MGMA member companies were promoted  with a booth in major shopping malls in Hamburg and Dusseldorf,  aiming to inform German customers on sustainable garment production in the country. Furthermore, a Parliamentarian breakfast talk was organized and AVE hosted a dinner for Myanmar Ambassador to Berlin and all delegates.
