Income Management Training for Operator Level

Myanmar Garment Manufacturers Association (MGMA) organized Income Management Training for Operator Level on May 7 and 8 , 2022 at MGHRDC. This training aims to help garment workers manage their income systematically without incurring debts.

Trainer from Nway Pyoe Khinn Consulting and Training development service, Daw Inkyin lectured the training outline of way for increasing income, reducing expenses, saving money for emergency expenses, how important for saving money and KAKEIBO Saving Book in Japan.   Participants were actively involved in group presentation and motivation activities. The training was attended by (23) participants from Kyarr Lay Apparel Co.,Ltd which was implemented of pilot model factory by MGMA with LIFT donors. Managing Director of MGMA Daw Aye Mi Shein gave closing remarks and awarded certificate.
