MGMA Staffs’ Team Building Workshop

MGMA Staffs’ Team Building Workshop was held on 2024 December 28 and 29 at Aurerum Palace Hotel, Pyin Oo Lwin.

The workshop was kicked off by Daw Aye Mi Shein, Managing Director of MGMA and presented the Performance Appraisal with storyline and best practices of evaluation system with group work discussion. Then, U Min Soe Han, Senior Labor Officer of MGMA presented overview of Together, Everyone ,Achieves, More (TEAM) and orientation of MGMA. Team building activities and objectives by staff members conducted actively and (29) MGMA staffs were attended.
